• Credits: Generation of assets may consume "Credits". Unused credits may expire depending on your plan tier.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or promotes discrimination.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Use automated scripts to scrape or interact with the platform without authorization.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. You acknowledge that:

• Ownership: You own the outputs generated specifically for you using our platform, subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees.
• License to Ore AI: You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your inputs and outputs to provide and improve the Service.
• Accuracy: AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, biased, or not unique. Similar outputs may be generated for other users.

6. Third-Party Content & Websites

Our Service may analyze your website or third-party URLs to extract brand data. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party websites. You represent that you have the right to provide any URL you input for analysis.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ore AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for behavior that violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.
